The Belfry Hotel & Resort has been awarded AIM secure accreditation, the UK’s only recognised quality standard for the meeting industry.
The AIM Secure Accreditation demonstrates the resort’s commitment to delivering a healthy and hygienic environment and high-quality meeting and events facilities for its guests, as well as its safe service delivery and compliance with legislation.
Katie Niland, sales director at The Belfry Hotel & Resort, said: “We have been working hard behind the scenes to ensure we offer a safe, secure and welcoming environment for delegates and reassure our clients that we have the appropriate measures in place for a safe visit.
"We have exceeded all safety protocols in every area of the resort, including implementing new technologies to ensure meetings and events can still go ahead even if delegates cannot meet in person.”
The Belfry Hotel & Resort has launched a number of new virtual packages for event planners to allow delegates to meet in person whilst also communicating virtually with those who cannot attend in person, through video, voice, virtual content sharing.
The new options range from studio access, which allows delegates to step into a virtual green screen studio facility to broadcast live or record and edit content, to allowing larger physical gatherings within The Belfry by linking multiple rooms by a two-way live camera and audio feed so delegates can spread out across the resort.
The Belfry is also offering virtual tours and show rounds via FaceTime so planners can view the new options throughout the resort.
The resort has adjusted all meeting and event space capacities to offer a safe environment for visitors. For further information call 01675 238600 or email enquiries@thebelfry.com.
