Sutton Coldfield-based HR Caddy has begun a search for five regional charities requiring the latest advice and guidance, as part of an exciting new campaign.
The fast-growing HR consultancy wants to give back to the community and is looking for five smaller charities in Birmingham and the surrounding area to support.
The firm already deals with many local charities and appreciates the challenges they face financially and with employment issues.
Their support and advice during the pandemic proved critical to several local causes faced with new workplace challenges and they want to extend their services, for free, to other organisations in need of assistance.
Martin Callaghan, a Director at HR Caddy, said: “In recent years, charities have been hit hard by a fall in fundraising income and struggled, like many other organisations, with recruitment and retention of staff, as well as the many new workplace challenges that have been created by the pandemic.
“We just want to do a small bit to offer a helping hand to those causes that do amazing work within our region. We hope we can get five charities on board and support their needs, but we need people to spread the news and get behind us.”
This new campaign is open to charities with up to 50 employees and will offer a free HR document review at no cost.
Nicola Callaghan (pictured), managing director at HR Caddy, said: “We hope that our free guidance and advice can alleviate some of the stresses and strains that many charities face and call on organisations to reach out to us for support.”
