BPG Gracechurch, the management team of the Gracechurch Centre, has partnered with YMCA Sutton Coldfield to support a number of local community initiatives.
The collaboration emerged through connections made by the Royal Sutton Coldfield Chamber of Commerce and promises to deliver impactful programmes that benefit the young people and families of Sutton Coldfield.
The Chamber played an instrumental role in bringing together the two organisations.
An introduction was made by Kate Curry, Chamber vice-president and director of design agency CUDOS Creative.
“We are proud to support YMCA as one of our charity partners for 2025,” said a spokesperson from BPG Gracechurch.
“Homelessness is a nationwide issue that impacts communities, including Royal Sutton Coldfield.
“We are committed to raising awareness and vital funds to ensure young people in our area have a safe place to call home.
“We also want to take this opportunity to thank the Royal Sutton Coldfield Chamber of Commerce for connecting us with YMCA.”
Through this new partnership, BPG Gracechurch and YMCA Sutton Coldfield will work together to enhance youth programmes, provide essential resources, and expand the reach of YMCA’s community services.
As a central part of Sutton Coldfield, the Gracechurch Centre and its management team will contribute to local initiatives that promote well-being and opportunities for all.
YMCA Sutton Coldfield offers a range of services focused on the development and well-being of young people.
These include youth engagement programmes, fitness and health initiatives, and personal development workshops.
The YMCA also provides vital services for vulnerable individuals, such as housing support for young people impacted by homelessness, as well as support for young carers and adults and children with disabilities.
“We’re incredibly grateful for the connection made through the Chamber. Cudos Creative founder and director, Kate Curry who is also vice president of the Royal Sutton Coldfield Chamber of Commerce, made the introduction between us and the new management team at Gracechurch which has led to this partnership.” said Rachel Dutta Choudhury, bid writing, fundraising and development manager at YMCA Sutton Coldfield.
“With BPG Gracechurch’s support, we will be able to further develop and enhance the services we offer to young and disabled people in Sutton Coldfield, making a real difference in the community.
“We are so pleased to work alongside Gracechurch and would like to take this opportunity to thank the Chamber for making this possible.”
