It's been an eventful week for CPR Counts. Firstly, Wednesday's free Basic Life Support Course on World Restart A Heart Day attracted 48 participants, including Councillor David Allan, Sutton's Mayor, who gave a very complementary opening address. The course took the total attendance, two years since beginning, to over 700. Secondly, the CPR Counts team of four were taken completely by surprise when they learned that they'd been shortlisted for a Royal Sutton Coldfield Community Award in the 'Community Group of the Year' category. The winners will be announced at a Town Hall reception in November. Much more information, including photos and videos of recent courses, can be found at www.cprcounts.com and on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/SuttonColdfieldcprcounts/ CPR - BETTER BY FAR TO KNOW IT AND NOT NEED IT THAN TO NEED IT AND NOT KNOW IT
