Phoebus Software Ltd, the market’s leading mortgages and savings account servicing technology provider, has added Consectus to its growing digital partnership ecosystem. This collaboration will enable Phoebus clients to leverage Consectus' innovative solutions to enhance their customer experience.
Phoebus’ partnership ecosystem comprises a wide range of suppliers that deliver non-core functionality integrated seamlessly with Phoebus servicing via APIs. By partnering with Consectus, Phoebus clients can now access an array of advanced features, including enabling customers and members to view mortgage and savings account information online and via mobile apps, as well as delivering full branch teller functionality. The latter includes integration with existing branch technologies such as passbook printers, creating a streamlined and efficient user experience.
Neil Dyke (pictured), chief technology officer at Phoebus Software, says: “For many years, Phoebus has used APIs to provide data to our clients that have their own borrower and saver portals and mobile applications. These APIs are already widely used by specialist banks, lenders, and equity release providers. However, as we continue to grow within the building society, lending, and savings sectors, this partnership with Consectus will allow us to focus on driving operational efficiencies through our digital core servicing offering.
“This will be highly beneficial for both Phoebus and our clients, enabling them to offer customers and members modern self-service capabilities and improved branch technology, while we remain dedicated to our core mission of delivering scalable and proven servicing solutions.”
Paul D’Ambra, CEO and co-founder at Consectus added: “We’re thrilled to collaborate with Phoebus Software to provide non-core functionality that enhances the customer experience and operational efficiency for their clients. This partnership reflects our shared commitment to innovation and delivering best-in-class solutions.”
Phoebus Software and Consectus look forward to empowering clients with integrated, future-ready technology that drives growth and elevates customer service standards across the building society, banking and lender sectors.
