A care home in Sutton Coldfield is inviting the local community to a free event offering support for people considering care for their loved one.
On Thursday 6th June, from 10am-12noon, the Care UK team at Mercia Grange, on Lichfield Road, will open its doors to the community for its free ‘Planning care for the future’ event.
Experts Reiss Matthew and Lucy Grimsley, from Enoch Evans LLP Solicitors, will be on hand to deliver an informative session to help those caring for a loved one understand the available options for funding long-term care. They will also offer expert information on legal matters, including wills and Power of Attorney. Chartered financial planner, Stuart Pryor from Henwood Court will also be delivering expert advice.
After the event there will be a helpful Q&A session and the opportunity to meet the friendly team at Mercia Grange.
Home manager at Mercia Grange, Shirley Gibbs, said: “Here at Mercia Grange, we understand that providing advice and guidance can be incredibly helpful for anyone considering the future care of a loved one, which is why we are thrilled to host this event.
“We are delighted to be joined by advisors from Enoch Evans LLP Solicitors, who can provide professional guidance in this area, and we hope local people will take this opportunity to benefit from our expertise.”
