Hot weather means that we are spending more time outside but when it comes to eating in Swansea you may be sharing with seagulls.
A downside of living in a seaside town is that the seagulls regularly invade.
There have been several incidents of the birds swooping on unsuspecting shoppers and pinching their sandwiches and snacks.
While some are calling for the council to cull the seagull population others point out that they are only scavenging for food as they have young chicks to feed.
They are a nuisance and can be quite intimidating especially to children but the propsal seems a bit extreme - it is something that you have to tolerate if you live by the coast.
