The Gower Walking Festival which is celebrating it's tenth year is now underway.
The sixteen day event is an opportunity for ramblers to really enjoy all that Gower has to offer and runs until 22nd June.
There are actually seventy two routes that take in all sorts of distances and varieties of terrain.
The aim is to encourage both casual and seasoned ramblers to get out and explore all that wonderful scenery.
There is a small charge for joining the planned routes - £4 adults and £1 children.
The key is that as long as you have sensible footwear and carry refreshments you will have a fantastic time and get fit!
It will be doubly enjoyable if the weather stays warm and dry ( famous last words!)
