Swansea City Council have now decided to look again at their proposals for cutting services to the public.
There has been a series of protests against the proposed cuts to services to try to balance the Council's books in the coming year.
The intention was to cut back on library services in parts of the city.
Also they were looking at cutting back on School crossing patrols as well as some of the care services for older people.
Now the Council have had a rethink and have said that nothing has ben agreed yet but that they are looking for residents to make their feeling known.
Council tax bills are set to rise by approximately 4+% this year anyway.
