Swansea RAF cadets have worked hard to build a recreation of the D Day landings.
A large scale 14 foot square model depicting the Normandy landings has been unveiled in Swansea.
The diorama was officially opened by the Lord Lieutenant of West Glamorgan, the High Sherrif and the Lord Mayor of Swansea who praised the work and attention to detail that has gone into the piece of work.
The model will be on display at St Mary's Church in Swansea commemorating the 70th anniversary of the D Day landings.
it will be open to the public until November 12th and there will be a Rememberance service held in the church this Sunday at 2.30pm.
