A bit of the wartime spirit returned to Swansea this week.
An old shell believed to from the second world war was discovered in the garden of a house in Fforestfach.
The Bomb disposal team were alerted and this resulted in a cordon around the site being set up and pedestrians and cars excluded.
The item was removed safely and the only drama was the build up of traffic as a result of the restrictions which were cleared by 7pm.
