The fabled white lady of Oystermouth has been spotted in Swansea.
The white lady who allegedly haunts Oystermouth Castle to this day is actually a statue that dates back to the 14th century.
The artifact is on display in Swansea museum until September.
Apparently the lady was married to a nobleman who backed the wrong side in a war.
Her husband was beheaded and his wife imprisoned in the Tower of London.
Following her release she was granted rights over the lands comprising Gower until her death.
Quite a bit of history here so well worth a look in Swansea Museum.
