Reports show that house prices in Swansea have increased faster here than almost anywhere else.
Prices in Swansea have increased by 11%.
Whilst this astonishing figure shows that the city is not immune from the overheating property market the increases are not uniform across all parts .
Some of the increase can be explained by the patchy supply of suitable property but there is no doubt that there is an increase in demand for property within the city.
And who can blame people for wanting to live and work in Swansea!
