Swansea's Fabian Way will in addition to having the new university campus will also now have a wind turbine.
This will be a monster reaching 260ft up into the sky.
The turbine will provide energy for Welsh Water who have a water treatment plant nearby.
Locals have been in opposition to it and the council supported their view.
However the developers have appealed to the Welsh Government who have agreed to it's construction.
Their argument is that there are other tall structures nearby including docks cranes and of course the Meridian tower but that's another story altogether ...
