Is Parc Tawe - home to Pantasia - due for a drastic makeover?
Apparently the landlords of this retail site on the edge of the city centre are looking to make big changes to the park.
These are rumoured to include a possible DIY store and a garden centre.
This could also involve demolition of some of the existing units and walkways.
Swansea would welcome the investment and refurbishment in this development that is at the gateway to the city centre
