Swansea business confidence is improving with more than ever seeing an improvement in trading conditions.
In the recent Swansea Bay business club survey over 40% of those asked said that business levels had improved over the last quarter.
In addition a similar number expected things to continue improving in the near future.
Balanced against this upbeat feeling was the areas taht were of ongoing concern.
A major area was the availability of skilled local labour - a key concern if capacity was to expand.
Interestingly another area is that availabilty of consistent broadband.
This demonstrates the way that things have changed so dramatically for most businesses in the way that they trade over the last 10 years.
