Why does someone think it's ok to dump their rubbish in Swansea ?
The council have revealed that they have found twenty black bin bags full of household waste dumped on the cliffs at Limeslade.
It doesn't matter where the rubbish is illegally dumped but when it's in a very public and beautiful spot it reflects even more badly on the city and it's residents.
The council in clearing up the mess have said they will go through the bags to try to identify the culprits.
Apparently there were 34000 incidents of fly tipping in Wales in 2013 and these cost nearly £2 million to clear up.
In these difficult times this is money that is an unnecessary expense that we all have to find.
