Drivers in Swansea will need to be careful where they park in future.
The council are stepping up thier efforts to control illegal parking in the city.
There have been several high profile campaigns to stop parking around school gates.
The new initiative will include a vehicle that will film examples of illegal parking including near busy junctions blocking access points and near pedestrian crossings.
Initially drivers who have been caught will get a warning letter but in future when the scheme is properly up and running they will receive a penalty notice.
