A member of the council has pointed out that what Swansea needs is more office space.
Apparently big plans to incorporate city centre office space within planned redevelopments are not proceeding.
A revamp around the Quadrant and Oldway Centre was to include cutting edge office accomodation but the developer has changed plans.
it is a concern when you see the fantastic facilities being built in Cardiff and wonder why the same investment is not so attractive in Swansea.

great as it is everyone recognises that the city needs sustained inward investment to maintain it's place as the attractive place to live and work in Wales.
