Police appeal for witnesses.
A child has been seriously injured after a collision in Atherstone.
The 12 year old was in a Vauxhall Tigra which which hit a tree after it was involved in an accident with a Ford Fiesta in Boulters End on Sunday morning.
Police say the child sustained serious head injuries and was airlifted to hospital.
Police are appealing for witnesses.
