Just had to ring you on a Sunday afternoon Mum’s chairlift had broken down. The on call engineer quickly worked out a visit was required. He called me a couple of hours later explaining what the issue was and what he had done to fix it. I can’t recommend this company highly enough!
Excellent customer service, and the engineers that attended were absolutely brilliant. Couldn’t be happier and will be using again for servicing my mother’s chairlift in the future.

I have just had a reconditioned stair lift supplied and fitted by DMA Stairlifts, the whole experiance from inital visit to final installation has been excellent. The staff are very helpful and know the subject, the installation was completed in a morning, on time and to a very high standard.

An absolute gem of a company.
I originally had a problem with my mum's stairlift which was out of warranty.
I phoned DMA out of hours and Andy was incredibly helpful, and talked me through what the problem could be to help me rectify it temporarily. It worked!
So upon needing an actual replacement I phoned again, and Colette was so helpful and informative, and managed to arrange an installation for a great price the very next day.
This has made my life so much easier and a taken massive weight off my shoulders.
Stuart the installer and Engineer was also amazing, and talked me through different things for the upkeep of the stairlift.
Thank you to all of you!

Removed my mother's stairlift after her passing. Very well organised, kind and professional. They left the stairway immaculate, and even took the time to fill and repair the holes left by the stairlift. Would definitely recommend.

A slight fault developed on our remote control for our stair lift. I contacted DMA first thing Monday morning and they were with us by 11.30 the same day and by 12.30 the fault was rectified.

DMA Stairlifts were fantastic, customer service was exceptional, overall great service, they were very prompt at measuring and fitting the stairlift as my father was being discharged sooner than we thought, they fitted it the day before he arrived home.

Quite apart from the good humour of Mike and Collette what I really appreciated was
1 we were able to get a demonstration at the showroom how the stair lift worked which helped us identify a modification for our particular case. Job done
2 Mike had some magic device so we saw the stair lift in virtual reality and were able to make modifications to the installation.
The four other consultants did no offer this.
3 The price was very competitive

I contacted DMA stairlifts to come and give a quote and within 2 days I had the quote and the stairlift was due to be put in a week later, unfortunately I had to cancel due to extending circumstances. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at DMA to any one of my customers, they were efficient, reliable, friendly and very professional. It is extremely reassuring that there are still companies that you can rely on. Well done DMA

Just a note to say how pleased we are with our stairlift that you and Stuart installed 2 months ago.
It has a been an absolute boon to my wife who can now manage the stairs comfortably and safely.
She has not been well of late and confined to bed and so it was also a boon to me too in having to
frequently go up and down stairs to see to her, especially as my arthritic knees are becoming more
troublesome.
It has also meant that our considerations about moving have been put on hold and may never be
necessary.
You are to be commended in the way that you handled the installation , no mess no bother and on
schedule.
Commended too in demonstrating using your high tech video what it would look like and
accommodating the the tricky bend and low height problem.Well done both of you.
With regard to cost that too is competitive and for your information was £1000 less than a local
competitor. Stannah stairlifts incidentally took one look and said it was not possible to install one.
