James and his team was very helpful, very fast, everything very clear and transparent.
In our case, because it took longer, they even managed to look for us for a lower rate due to the fact that the rate dropped.

We started off clueless with no idea where to go or what to do but James helped us throughout it all. Even through the annoying back and forth with a mortgage company. We didn’t have the best credit score but he managed to find us a good mortgage and an amazing deal with it. He never gave up on us and now we can live our new adventure in Plymouth together!
