Had a problem with my phone so popped into SMS..but battery was no longer being made for my old phone..dealt with Liam and he suggested a new phone which I agreed to..I left both new and old phones and picked up my new phone the following day..Liam had transferred all data to my new phone so ready to start using..excellent service from SMS and Will Smith and his team..special thanks to Liam.

I went into SMS as I had liquid spilt onto my work laptop. Will was polite, friendly and extremely helpful when I had explained the issues. The services was efficient and fast. I decided to buy a new Windows 11PC but did not relish the thought of transferring data from my old to new PC so asked SMS to do a home visit to do this task as I had a number of connected devices. They came at the appointed time and watching the whole process I was more than glad that I did not attempt to do this myself as I would have made a complete mess of it. All skillfully carried out with full systems tests carried out at the end. Money well spent by me for an excellent service and my sanity preserved

Used these top people for an iPhone repair previously, and was very happy with the service, so it was an obvious choice to ask them to look at a.macbook pro which had gone pop in use.. yes, the bill was a big one, but still cheaper than buying a used computer the same age. Communication throughout was second to none, especially the very honest and though reports and costings. Will be back the next time I break something expensive, or to purchase it equipment for the company. Also, pack of haribo with the return of goods! Dont know if this is standard issue or not but brought a smile and reassured me their attention to detail is top drawer.
