I am a community carer and rely on my car for House visits. Unfortunately both of my lights went during my work shift . This morning I thought I would look around Westpark to see if I could pick up a couple of light bulbs . Unknown to me the work shop was closed but a very kind gentleman said he would look for me. He kindly managed to fix one bulb and asked if I could come back in a while and he will get another bulb in and fix the other side. I was so happy he managed to get all my lights working . The other reason I am so happy is because the gentleman carried out the work for free. I have never known a company to be so kind and helpful during a tough time that my husband and I are having . I cannot thank you enough for your generosity and kindness . The best Christmas gesture I have ever received from someone I do not know . Happy Christmas and will look forward to seeing you for any of my car needs next year Thank you 😊

I've found Tom to be totally reliable, honest & conscientious in sorting out all manner of bits'n'bobs on our cars, Nothing is too much for him and he takes the time to explain what he's done which is much appreciated. Definitely recommend him to anyone needing work done to their vehicle. 10/10 !

If there were an option to give 10 stars I would, honestly blown away by how honest and knowledgeable Tom is.
Tom is super approachable unlike most mechanics, gives you his time and more. Very reasonable price too, doesn't try to rip you off like certain places do.
I was told my air con compressor needed replacing by another local garage, turns out there is nothing wrong with it. I'm super happy I now have a cold van for the rest of summer.
So pleased I've finally found a local garage I can trust fully, will use them forever now.

Took my car for an MOT and service & am completely blown away by the level of service provided. Tom went above and beyond sorting out a few little things that had been troubling me with my car (without even having to be asked) and also explained everything in layman’s terms as I have no idea about cars! So good to finally find a garage I can trust 🙏🏼

I had a problem with my bonnet ahead of a long drive back to London. Called this morning, they said they would see me straight away, and as soon as I arrived they started fixing the problem. I was given really good advice, the issue was fixed within 5 minutes at no charge, as they were more concerned for my safety than the money. If I lived here I wouldn’t go anywhere else to sort my cars. Highly recommend.

I've taken my vehicle here and cannot be more impressed by the service. work carried out over and above what was promised, attention to detail was everything. Tom's communication was great, job done on time and great value for money for the expertise and peace of mind that Tom can be trusted. Very happy, will use again. Highly recommended!!
