I am so pleased I contacted the Property Paramedic and spoke to Lauren who was great and efficient booking me in for a visit by Kris. Brilliant service Kris replaced locking window handles, window hinges and patio door locks. Kris also gave lots of tips to keep the locks and hinges in tip top condition. It was a pleasure to deal with The Property Paramedic they are a company that nothing is to much trouble for their customers.

I found Kris through a recommendation on a local FB group. He came the same day and managed to un-jam 6 windows, 4 of which had been completely stuck for years. All without any fuss or drama and his charges were extremely reasonable. He is clearly a highly experienced tradesman and a thoroughly nice man to deal with. Recommended!

An excellent service from Kris. He replaced all the window handles. Replaced broken mechanisms on two windows and replaced a double glazed unit in my conservatory. Kris was extremely professional and friendly. I would highly recommend him

This is the second occasion we’ve had Kris complete some work.
First job was installing a cat flap in a back pvc door. Flawless service. Excellent price. Seamless installation.
Second job - a little more complex and bespoke. Installing 2 windows in a previously solid composite door. Kris provided excellent advice. Took our lead on design and specification - but provided invaluable advice. Installation was again seamless. And I beyond chuffed with the finished product.
Kris is a really friendly and honest bloke. Who clearly prides himself on excellent customer service and a high standard of work.
We wouldn’t hesitate to have him back again in the future. And would highly recommend him!

We have fairly old double glazed windows in an old stone cottage, Kris worked his magic and replaced hinges and seals, and I can honestly say the windows are like new. No more chilly air gaps! Kris very promptly came out to us on a Sunday lunch time as a matter of urgency.
He quickly rectified our faulty locking system which prevented us from being able to secure our home.
Professional throughout and although an emergency call-out will always cost more than usual, it is great to know that someone very reliable is available for a prompt call-out in the event of an emergency.

We have used Kris three times and have been really impressed on each occasion. He has provided an excellent service, once arriving within ten minutes of a broken front door lock.
