Wallace’s Giant Pork Pies are hand crafted by Graeme Wallace on his farm in the Blackdown Hills in Devon using only the finest locally sourced pork.  Made to his own secret recipe which he has spent years developing, the pie filling is then encased in a rich and buttery hot water crust before being baked to Pie Perfection.

Graeme is a farmer, butcher and pie maker extraordinaire.  He takes his Pies to market all over the South West but can be found every Thursday at the Taunton Farmers Market in the High Street from 9am to 2pm.

Here you can buy the Giant Pork Pies, either by ordering online via his website and using the Click and Collect service or buying directly from the market stall by the slice. 

Click and Collect is available at the moment from the website and collection is from Taunton Farmers Market on a Thursday between 9am and 2pm or on a Friday between 9am and 5pm at the Farm in Hemyock.

Pies by Post are also available, packaged and posted to your door, or your friend’s door, or, indeed, anyone’s door.  Beautifully packaged to preserve the pie, it is firstly shrink wrapped to lock in the taste and to ensure the pie crust remains intact.  Then wrapped in it’s box to keep it safe before being posted off to you. 

Wallace’s Giant Pork Pies have been a triumph wherever they have appeared.  Unashamedly meaty, with a beautiful appearance, this is a classy pie.  The taste is robust and full of flavour, they are a feast for the eyes as well as the belly. Truly a Giant among Pies.

Graeme has taken his Pies to markets, fairs and shows and sold out every time!  Now, on the success of those sellouts, Graeme has decided that it is time to launch the Giant Pork Pies on to the world wide web.  Enabling his customers to reorder their favourite Giant Pork Pie whenever they like instead of having to wait to catch him at a show.  However, he’s not giving up travelling just yet and you will still be able to see him, and buy from him at local events.  Check out where he will be next on the events section of his website for more information.
