West Country Butchers ,based in Fore Street Chard is owned by Mark Urquhart, who was the manager for 7 years ,when it was known as Complete Meats.
Since buying the business last year he has quickly gained a reputation for the quality & cost effective pricing he has undertaken.
Since Mark brought the butchers in Fore Street Chard ,he has undertaken to both raise the quality of meat sold & the value for money. In a short time he has achieved both .
There are several packs of meats available, such as a twin pack of fresh chickens, at bargain prices
In addition he has managed to secure quality local sauced meats at a great price ,which will enable him to offer great monthly promotions He also stocks a large range of pies & savories.
The delicatessen section always carries a fresh selection on meats & cheeses .Why not try their slices of quiches, ham and mushroom/onion and cheese and for a vegetarians option we have cheese/onion/broccoli/carrot and sweetcorn and they are delicious
