1st to 30th September 2019 is Blood Cancer Awareness Month in which people across the Country are urged help raise awareness of blood cancer and lymphoma.
The Children’s Trust is a registered Charity for Children with Brain Injury and National Doughnut Week is the annual opportunity to come together and raise money for this outstanding cause.
National Charity Bowel Cancer UK is the driving force behind this National Awareness Campaign raising public awareness of the disease and what can be done to mitigate its effects and support the ongoing research into its diagnosis and treatment.
Best Ever Red Nose Day so why not join in the Fun and Raise some much-needed money for those in greatest need in our own Country and beyond our shores.
Walk All Over Cancer is a fundraising event that will run from Friday March 1st to 31st. This event is an annual fundraising and awareness raising event in which participants across the UK can be sponsored to walk 10,000 steps per day – about 5 miles or 8km. Sponsored walks are healthy and great fun and are best done amongst company, with all proceeds being donated to this outstanding cause.
Time for a Cuppa 2019 starts on Friday 1st March and continues until 8th
March, time to organise family, friends and local interest
groups to help support this cause.
Having enjoyed the Christmas and New Year’s parties with fabulous food and festive fizz the time has come to get back to normal and maybe go the extra mile by taking January out and forsaking alcohol.

With the Country’s most welcoming countryside, plus our delightful Towns and Cities, we are blessed with plenty of choice, and if you needed another good reason walking is one of the healthiest pursuits and it is free!

Winter is upon us and it is getting frosty out, so a cheery Jumper to wrap up in is just fabulous. Thousands of people the length and breadth of the UK will be sharing the joy of Christmas by wearing a Christmas Jumper for the day at work and in many public places.
This Chocoholics delight begins on 15th October and ends on 21st October 2018 and is an awareness week bringing the many tastes and varieties of chocolate to greater public Awareness.
