Taunton Town Football Club is pleased to announce another major sponsor who has agreed to support the club for the 2012/13 season. Terry Cook of Cook Building Consultants has agreed to sponsor the club’s management and players’ training kit. This is the third major sponsorship deal established with local companies after the recent agreements with AJ Poole Ltd Building Contractors and Summerfield Homes. Chairman and Chief Executive Kevin Sturmey who negotiated the deal said: “I am very pleased we have managed to secure Cook Building Consultants as our training kit sponsor and look forward to working with Terry again this season. Terry has been a supporter for many years and has been an essential adviser to the club over the last 12 months since the fire in July 2011.” Terry Cook commented: “As a long term supporter, I am delighted to be able to help the club, especially as there are so many positive changes at Wordsworth Drive. I hope I can help the club make further progress with their plans in the future.” Sturmey added: “There are a number of new corporate sponsors, youth team sponsors and patrons supporting our ambitions and further announcements will be made soon.”
