Congratulations to Cooper Associates in Taunton who are thrilled to announce they are the winner of 2012’s “Service Excellence” Award, at Somerset’s recognised business event, the Somerset Business Awards.
The award looked to identify a company displaying excellent customer service skills at a level over and above the normal industry expectations. In addition, the winning company needed to be able to display clear and defined strategies for maintaining such a level of service.
