Somerset v Warwickshire - Match Review Batting first Somerset were all out for 406, based on an opening partnership of 103 between Trescothick and Compton, who both made half centuries, 136 from Petersen, and an unbeaten 119 from Buttler.
Warwickshire in reply were bowled out for 158, still 248 runs behind our first innings score. We chose not to enforce the follow on and batting again reached 266 for 4 declared with Compton bringing up another century with support from Kieswetter (59*) and Petersen (43).
Going into the final innings, Warwickshire trailed by 514 runs. Despite the best efforts of our young bowling attack, Warwickshire saw out a tense draw, finishing on 427 for 9. Jack Leach was the pick of our bowlers with 5 for 63.
