People have been making rag rugs for years, using recycled fabrics and hessian to make these shaggy, colourful rugs. Come along and have a go at making your own rag rug and find out more about the history of this colourful craft.
All materials will be supplied to make a start on creating a small rug for your bedroom at home. Take away the knowledge and skills to finish making your rug at home, and help to keep this heritage craft alive.
