After 4 separate visits and quotes from other contractors, Dan and BGS were the first team who didn’t mess me around. They turned up, identified the location of our old tank (something others tried to charge extra for), quoted competitively within days and stuck to the quote doing the job even though there were a few extras here and there. Jack and Dennis who did the majority of the work were a pleasure to work with, they respected the property and tidied up well having put in solid heavy days work every day. Dan knows his stuff and responded almost instantly to questions on text and email. A great and competitively priced company to deal with.

From proposal to completing the work is was a good experience working with Below Ground. We had a soakaway issue and they attended site, surveyed and quoted all within a few days. The work was booked and I had expected the garden to be fairly trashed considering there was a digger on the lawn for several days, but now they have gone, the only evidence they were here are the fresh seeded topsoil lines which mark where the pipes were buried. Once the grass has grown you won't know anyone was here. They used a moler for a power cable which leaves no trace apart from the entry and exit points. Jack and his dad were friendly and curteous throughout and kept me updated with progress. The job was competitively priced, if fact they quoted, and completed the work quicker than another company even got me a quote.

Brilliant is the only way to describe their service. Visiting twice to estimate due to a very strange manhole discovery and surviving the endless red tape thrown up by Coventry City Council our new house now has a lovely dropped kerb and we are at last connected to the Severn Trent Foul Water System, digging and connecting during storm Francis.
The three workmen were marvellous and left the site neat and tidy as if they were never there.

Competitive price, great communication, and professionally project managed from start to finish to connect us to mains from original septic tank.
Works were completed within expected timeframe despite some challenging weather conditions and with the added complication of needing to resolve some of the ground works by hand due to access limitations. Team were professional, considerate, and very tidy throughout.

What a great team! Would highly recommend this lot - friendly, hard-working and competent. Great communication during the work. Difficult job too - replacement septic tank in a raised garden set against a narrow lane. Thought it would take a week and they don't need it.
