Absolutely top rate service. Non nonsense, practical approach to sort out a problem with our biodigester that hadn’t been connected, unknown to us, by our builders. We were fearing the worst and spiralling costs to sort out the situation, but Dan and his team resolved the situation within an hour. Can’t recommend more highly. Very professional outfit. Thank you.

Fantastic work done by Dan and the guys. Very competitive price compared with other companies. Highly recommend Below Ground Solutions.
We needed an upgrade to our septic tank. Dan quickly came out to survey the site within a few days of our first enquiry. The job was arranged to be completed within 2 months of our first phone call. They didn't push us into making decisions we weren't comfortable with (unlike some other companies we got quotes from!) but were ready to go to get the ball rolling once our decision was made.
The guys worked hard all week to get the job done on time, despite their hire equipment not turning up on time! They were very respectful of us and the property - making sure nothing was damaged during the work despite having to work in a very confined area.
They left the site looking like it did beforehand - probably cleaner and tidier than when they started! Approachable and friendly guys doing the job. The work came with a guarantee and was approved by Building Control. We couldn't be happier with the end result.

Used Below Ground Solutions to trace and repair a failed soak away system in Kent.
Wonderful guys arrived on site - could not have asked for a nicer team.
Very polite, explained things as they went along and cleaned up absolutely everywhere afterwards. Garden looks smarter than when they started now and you’d never know the level of excavations that took place underneath the lawn.
Very busy company so a delay in booking a slot, but the above experience is exactly why we were happy to wait and not look elsewhere.

Kirk (the company owner) is very conscientious. From start to finish he and his company were available to discuss any questions we had. A 5 star service with a quality product. We had 8 windows and 2 patio doors replaced. The 2 man team were always punctual, professional and hardworking. They always tidied up after themselves at the end of each day. They even offered to repaint the render around the windows! I would fully recommend them to my family and friends without reservation.
