Myself and my partner have had a great experience using Mortgage Select. We officially reserved and straight away Hannah was on the case setting out what needed to be done, what we needed to do, what Mortgage Select would be doing and how we go about it all. There was a clear process from the off.
It was such a straight forward process and we had solid guidance throughout. Hannah managed to source the best deal available to us and ensured that the application for both Help to Buy and our mortgage went smoothly and without any issues. Once we had completed all the relevant paperwork our mortgage application was submitted - we were kept up to date all the way through with the progress.
We know from the experience of friends that securing a mortgage on your first home can be challenging but thankfully we didn't have any of that. Communication is a real strength of this company with progress updates/quick responses whenever required.
Overall couldn't recommend enough!

Excellent service today to fix our kitchen door. Was kept fully informed all the way through the process and the property paramedic explained why the door had broken and how to prevent it happening again. Very cheery person and would recommend.
