June 2021- Kris was the first to reply after I placed the advert. He was the ONLY one out of several who was 100% confident on repairing my tip and tilt conservatory sliding door. I had found and procured the parts, in the face of everyone telling me the parts were not available. We agreed on a reasonable price, and he came the NEXT day(unheard of in the South West), 2 hours later, all was working and running like a well oiled sewing machine. He is with no exaggeration, among the best of the best tradesmen I have met in a long time. His positive attitude is one you wont have come across in years. Absolute pleasure to deal with. His product knowledge and supply base, are top of the charts. 20 Years experience, he tells me, which overrides any doubt you may have of the man.

Kris was very professional in his attitude/manner. He was running late but kept me informed. He did a good job at replacing hinges on a window and carrying out some repairs to our front door that is now draft-free! Honest about whether extra work was necessary and said it would cost more so I chose not to have that done. No pressure at all to have the extra work done. Saved us money by moving around some parts on our door frame instead of replacing them, which has given the same result! I had to leave him working to go on the school run and had no hesitation about whether he seemed trustworthy. He showed me the invoice at the end and explained all he had done. Reasonably priced (far less than a quote from a well-known local window company!). I would definitely use him again in the future and would be happy to recommend him to friends/family.

Within 24 hours of emailing, Kris was at my house and fixing my door. He fixed my door within 15 mins & I was able to pay by card. I would highly recommend Kris. Side note - Kris also doesn’t mind your dog being out and about whilst he works!

Property paramedic gave us a no nonsense quote on a variety of jobs around the house. A combination of cosmetic replacement and window maintenance/repair coupled with some other jobs I didn’t have the confidence to do myself. Quote was excellent and was pleasantly surprised by the cost, as I’d thought double glazing would be costly.
Quote to work completion was excellent. Property paramedic left no mess and we couldn’t be happier with the work he has carried out. Very friendly and would highly recommend.
