We had to deal with a very tricky situation replacing a septic tank and Dan went above and beyond what we could have expected. He explained all our options clearly, was prepared to meet and talk to neighbours, remained in constant contact, and kept everyone calm. In the end the job was done to everyone’s satisfaction and even came in below the original quote. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

The team recently repaired a broken sewer pipe under our driveway. They were extremely professional, hard working and very thorough in all aspects of the task they were assigned. They even advised that, in the unlikely event of any bricks dropping as a result of settlement, to contact the company and they would come back without hesitation.

Excellent service all round. Called early in the week to request Jet wash of septic tank run off to soak away. Dan responded immediately and the job was completed very professionally by Friday morning. Can highly recommend.

Our old septic tank no longer complied with regulations and I have contacted a number of companies. Without exception all were "difficult" with sky high quotations and often charges for the initial survey. ( a tricky job which busy companies were not keen to take on.)
Then a stumbled upon Below Ground Solutions. We got a rapid response and site visit, with a survey conducted. A quote followed a day or so later which was substantially below anything else we had received.
All the paperwork with the water companies etc were dealt with for me, which was great!
The work was scheduled and on cue the team turned up, and cracked on with the job. It took exactly the amount of time they had predicted and unforeseen problems along the way were dealt with rapidly and not allowed to hold up the process.
We even got a refund for remedial works that weren't needed.
I could not possibly recommend Below Ground Solutions highly enough. Many thanks to all the team.
