Thankful to have been able to have the professionalism, honesty and experience of Dan and his team. Following a survey filled with errors carried out by the prospective buyer of our home we wanted to find a second opinion. Their website and reviews filled us with hope. Dan's team came the next day and honestly evaluated the situation and provided a much more reasonable quotation for the work than we had been advised by the other company (if i can call them that) provided us. Lewis came he was really friendly and knowledgeable so very glad we found them and would not hesitate to use them again if we ever needed to.

Dan and his crew gave brilliant service and were very knowledgeable, professional and obliging with every query and question. They gave honest reliable service. We contacted Below Ground Solutions on a Monday evening. The business had closed so I left a message. Dan called me straight back - incredible service. On the phone Dan couldnât have been more helpful. He listened to my questions and booked an appointment to come and see me the
next day! He was so professional, honest and polite. He carried out our survey and issued a full report sorting all of our issues. If you need any drainage work done or any drainage questions answered donât go to anyone else - this company is first class. Their experience, knowledge and quality is second to none! There are plenty of cowboy traders out there, always trying to catch people out but this company is so professional they deserve to get everyoneâs business. Itâs a pleasure to have done business with them. I would highly recommend! If ever you need advice or work done these guys will sort you out.
