Hats off to Will for resolving problems remotely with our PC. We purchased a new desktop from SMS and Will transferred our data over from the old machine. Even being au fait with setting up E-mail accounts I struggled to get our business Email working and Will came to the rescue and spent an hour on the 'phone guiding us through and tweaking the Windows 11 package.
So yes we would buy again from our local shop and are pleased with the personal attention given to us and our commercial account.
