Do I love Somerset Media Solutions? Absolutely. I have total peace of mind knowing that they are there. All my hardware and software problems have always been effectively sorted as and when they have occurred. Nothing baffles them and a solution always found. Even a suggestion of a Chrome Caster fitted to TV enables me to play back missed programmes on the TV... Every effort has been made to make things easier for me...means a lot.

Totally professional, kept me updated every step of the way when I brought in my old PS3 which is nothing more than excellent service! They really go above and beyond for their customers and were totally honest and upfront about any issue they came across and with what to do next.
