I have found Hayley to be very thorough in her work and she has a lovely personality. Hayley spends time putting you at ease and explaining what she is doing. I have been useing Chiropractic Clinic Telford for around two years and Hayley's Clinic in Eccleshall prior to that over the years.I have tried many Chiropractors for my back problem but none have seemed to help, but I can honestly say the treatment I get there helps with my back problems.

I have been a patient of Hayley's for approximately 12 years and I see her now and again for 'maintenance'. I have never been pressurised to book a follow-up appointment and her fees are very reasonable. Appointments are never rushed. I have always found Hayley to be professional, courteous and reassuring at all times. I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who feels they need her help. Hayley is amazing. Always helpful. Kind. Professional. Helped me maintain a healthy back for a few years now. I don't need to go very often and never been forced to make block bookings or weekly appointments. Never rushed in and out unlike some in Shropshire... I have been treated by Hayley for a shoulder injury over the last 12 months. She is extremely professional, explains your treatment and this extends to self management of your injury at home to help with recovery. I would not use anybody else, with the help and support from Hayley I have been able to manage my pain with monthly visits to Eccleshalls clinic. I can highly recommend Hayley.

I've been seeing Hayley on a regular basis for the past 5 years. I have Fibromyalgia and having regular treatments has helped with pain management and mobility. I can't praise Hayley enough she's professional reliable and a friendly lady who puts you at ease and always has a smile on her face! My body always reminds me when a treatment is due and I leave her clinic walking tall and with a spring in my step set up for the next four weeks

Hayley is amazing... friendly. Professional. Calm interested in what you are telling her. Hayley never rushes your appointment allowing plenty of time to change talk and treat. Most times for me it's been two or three issues that have needed addressing. Hayley never pressures you to RE book.. just gives her professional opinion. Several people have seen Hayley after I have mentioned how great she is and they have been of the same opinion. Nice to go to Hayley knowing your are not getting charged silly money only have one issue treated and have a short silly time slot. Thank you Hayley.

I am very picky about who I trust with my back. Having been to chiros who have fallen short of the mark before, meeting Hayley was a breath of fresh air. She is a firm believer in treating each patient uniquely and doesn't just take you through the same series of crunches for anything that ales you. She has bent over backwards to fit me in last minute, and I credit her to me getting through a pretty severe car crash with no long term injuries. Highly recommend this fantastic business.

I have been seeing Hayley for sometime now with neck and lower back problems. I can throughly recommend Hayley and the treatment she gives. There has been great improvement in my condition since Hayley has been treating me and I only have to go now when I feel I need to. Hayley is extremely friendly and professional and always explains the treatment and after care well. I only have to ring up Sometimes at short notice if I have been over doing things and she fits me in and sorts me out in no time at all so l can carry on playing golf. I moved to Hayley's practice recently as the location was convenient. The service provided is first class and extremely good value for money and I would thoroughly recommend Hayley's services. Seeing a Chiropractic can occasionally be a brutal experience,with Hayley I found the treatment to be far more subtle and I have noticed a vast improvement in my shoulder and back pain.

I've been seeing Back to Health for a few months after several attempts to relieve my back and hip pain. At its worse, I had awful sciatic pain which left me struggling to walk, sit and lie down. I was referred to Back to Health by a friend at my gym and within a few weeks, the pain had gone and I had strategies in place to strengthen my weak areas. They are easy to contact and work hours that suit my shifts so I can go in and see them when I need to. Good value for money too!

I have known Hayley since our student day's. During those times Hayley excelled in all subject, proving herself as the tremendous Chiropractor she was going to become. Now 10 years on, Hayley's drive and motivation for her profession has gone from strength to strength. Hayley makes it her mission raise levels of awareness of Chiropractic and the affect subluxations have on health. If Hayley weren't the other side of the country she would be my Chiropractor!
