Exceptional service! Best opticians I’ve been to. I have been in twice and both times they have given great advice, vast amount of detail, clearly very knowledgeable in their field! Trust them so much, would never go elsewhere. Not just great at their job but the customer service is wonderful too! Most certainly recommend. Thank you for the great experience.

The best opticians we've ever been to, and trust me we've been to 8 or 9 in the UK. Brilliant service from start to finish, great staff, beautiful choice of Rayban glasses, Ralph Lauren, and lots of others. We've had 2 pairs from here and can't fault it - lovely people who genuinely care - plus Ray Ban glasses in Telford Shropshire . Can't go wrong as I think they're one of the only places to stock them.

Recently visited after using one of the "Majors" for a number of years. What a breath of fresh air! The only Optician I have ever visited that washed her hands before checking my eyes. Totally professional and approachable and a great range of frames to choose from. And with two pairs of new glasses I ended up spending less than I did at my previous supplier so I will NOT go anywhere else in future! Brilliant.

There are numerous opticians in Telford but this is far way the best. Right from stepping through the door they are very welcoming and you are given the attention a customer requires without any pressure. They genuinely want to ensure you receive the best eye test and when it comes to chosing frames they are at hand to advise without forcing you to buy your frames from them. However, they have such a large selection to chose from it would be difficult not to buy. My husband and I were absolutely delighted with the service we received and will most definitely be recommending HD Eyes to our family and friends.

I accidently stumbled on these opticians and was pleasantly surprised with the huge range of frames on offer. My son who hates going anywhere that involves him being checked out in some way or another, felt very comfotable talking about the difficulties he was having wearing glasses. Since visiting HD eyes, he actually feels that having a glasses is actually quite cool! We were so excited on our find that we ended up buying acouple of frames. The owners made him feel very relaxed and they were very approachable.
