We moved to our house only 3 months ago with lots of plans for refurbishment but no idea how to find a company who could take on all the projects. But a soon as we saw R&R's excellent website and invited them to come along and talk through our plans we knew we had found the company we wanted and haven't been disappointed. Detailed plans were emailed and we were kept well informed at all stages regarding start dates and deliveries. With so many decisions to make on designs and colour schemes their friendly expert advice (and lots of patience!) was much appreciated. Everybody in the teams worked hard and kept disruption to a minimum and were so friendly, always ready to talk through any queries we had. We are now the proud owners of an impressive kitchen/diner, conservatory and bathrooms. Cannot believe the transformation of our living space in such a short time, exceeding our expectations. R&R will be our first call for any future projects and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for home improvements.

R&R have just finished a complete refurbishment of our kitchen and utility room...and what a great job they've done! Sal did an excellent job drawing the plans and modifying them every time we changed our minds and Mark finalized everything before work began. The team was wonderful and everybody slotted in their work on the right day at the right time so that no time was wasted. Tony the fitter, Colin and Brian the tilers, Steve the electrician, plumbers and plasterers have all been great and tidied everything before they left and nothing was too much bother. The end result was a fantastic new kitchen well within the quoted time and with minimum disruption. The icing on the cake was Carol and Dave who were sent by R&R to clean the kitchen once the work was finished...and they left it sparkling. We would definitely use R&R again and would highly recommend to anybody looking to carry out refurbishment work on their property.

The experience of working with R & R Services, from initial enquiry to completed kitchen has been excellent. All the staff involved in the work delivered great customer service. Having a single point of contact, the project manager, is a bonus. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend.

We used R&R to help us design & fit a new kitchen & utility. Sal patiently worked through the design plans until we were completely happy with them, then Adrian & his team ensured that everything was fitted to a very high standard. They worked through the finer details of tiling, flooring, plumbing etc to give us a space that we are delighted with. We unreservedly recommend them as all aspects of the projects are well managed from start to finish. R&R ensure that plastering, tiling, plumbing & fitting is done to a very high standard. We like the fact that they are a local company with a proven track record & we would certainly use them again in future for any projects that we need.

R&R have just completed a full refurbishment of our kitchen and replaced all the windows and doors for us. They have done an amazing job and to an extremely high standard. All of the staff have been friendly and easy to get on with.Everything was left clean and tidy each day. Our house is looking amazing. I will definitely recommend R&R. They will be starting another project for us soon.

R&R have been excellent from start to finish with my kitchen project. Nothing has been to much trouble any queries have been answered promptly. We are delighted with the new bathroom and ensuite fitted by R&R Services. Everything was undertaken professionally, both before and during the installation. Many thanks to everyone at R&R for my lovely new kitchen. I am so pleased with all the work in the kitchen and lounge, its really been modernised and the quality of the work is fantastic. The new extended kitchen window and front door look great too. Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional and communication was fantastic throughout. I have had my windows, and now my bathroom replaced by R&R services, and they have made a fantastic job of both. They have kept any mess to a minimum, and the tradesmen really now what they are doing, keeping you informed of what's happening through out the whole process. We entrusted our property in Telford to R&R prior to our relocation in early 2013, on recommendation and through prior knowledge. From Sal Khan to Rob, via Mark & Ade, and all the contractors engaged by R&R, we received nothing but courtesy, a friendly and professional approach, for an entire refurbishment of new kitchen, bathrooms, en-suite, internal and external doors, and a re-modelling of a conservatory. All our questions were answered and everyone was endlessly patient with us as we had never attempted anything of this magnitude before.
Even in the cold and wet of the winter and an unheated house, everyone worked with cheerfulness and enthusiam to provide us with what we had imagined from the outset.
Follow up services and inevitable snagging issues have been dealt with satisfactorily, and we would unhesitatingly recommend the team at R&R to anyone.

We first became aware of R&R Services when relatives used them to improve their kitchen area. They had completed the work on time and had asked for no payment until satisfactory completion. We liked the look of it and we therefore called them in for thoughts about a complete redesign of our kitchen - because we wanted to take up the existing tiled floor it also involved the utility room and downstairs loo which had the same tiled floor.


The R&R kitchen designer came after a few days and we outlined what we wanted to achieve. During this initial survey he showed us what he thought would be a good option having set up the plans on his laptop computer. We discussed one or two points and agreed a final scheme for him to work on. We then awaited a cost indication and within a couple of days he emailed us the plans and a quote. We knew that complete new quality kitchens do not come cheap and thought that the price was entirely reasonable. The fact that no payment was required until we were satisfied with the completed job was a major point in favour of using R&R for this project and so we agreed for them to do the work.


We agreed a start day to be approximately 2 months later and R&R gave an indication that the work would be completed within 3 weeks. Their project manager then came and spent some hours working through what would be needed by way of specification in order to ensure continuity and avoid the all too common building project problem of delay while waiting either for workers or materials to become available. It was agreed that we would purchase a few things directly e.g. wall tiles, hob and dishwasher to be available when they started. This gave us the opportunity to get the best price we could and to spend some time finding the best tiles from the colour scheme point of view.


We decided to move out of the house whilst the work was being undertaken. We met the R&R project supervisor on day one and then left him to it. There were just a couple of points that he contacted us for e.g. preferred precise location of an electric sockets. We called back to see progress after a few days and clearly work was highly organised and proceeding as planned. We were always made to feel welcome by all of the R&R team and after a week we were informed that they were likely to be approaching completion after 2 weeks rather than 3, so we arranged to get back to home living after 12 nights away. They worked long and hard to complete as far as possible on the Saturday we moved back in with only some final wall painting and a few wall tiles left for them to finish off on Monday.


All work had been undertaken to the highest standard and we were delighted with our totally new kitchen. The R&R project manager returned to check over with us that we were happy with everything the day after completion and he arranged for snagging two jobs to be completed within another two days, which they were. We have no hesitation in recommending R&R Services to anyone who is thinking about this kind of work to their home.

Sal came to visit us and gave good advice for our replacement windows, with no pressure to buy. Really pleased with our windows, got everything we wanted. Also really well fitted by John and Sal followed up with a visit to check we were happy. Wll definitely use again.

Our new kitchen is now complete but I have to say from start to finish the customer care and attention to detail from R&R Services is second to none. We initially met with Sal, who took us through all our options and then presented us with the finished design and even the quote. We had received other quotes from other kitchen companies and had to wait weeks for designs etc....
Nothing was too much trouble and any questions or queries we had throughout the process were answered immediately. The quality of the units and electrical items is of a very high standard and Tony the kitchen fitter was a pleasure to work with, again nothing was too much trouble. Working with Sal, Tony and the rest of the R&R team has been a pleasure from start to finish. We will definitely be using them again in the very near future for our new windows and conservatory.
