Staff at a Telford Hotel have welcomed a new Deputy General Manager who brings a wealth of experience to the role.
Richard Bowen has joined the team at Ramada Telford Ironbridge , after many years working in the hospitality and service industry.
As well as working in the leisure sector, Richard also has a strong financial background, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service standards at every opportunity.
The Ramada Telford Ironbridge is part of Southwater Event Group, which also owns The International Centre, The International Hotel and the neighbouring Holiday Inn, as well as the in-house production company StagecraftUK.

Richard’s previous experience includes graduating from the University of Wolverhampton with a degree in accounting and finance, working as a sales development manager, and beginning his career in the hospitality industry as a duty manager for a four star hotel in West Wales.
