Santa and his team of elves will be welcoming children to his Santa’s Christmas Castle Grotto in New Row Mall (near House of Fraser).
The grotto will be open every day from Thursday 17th November until Saturday 24th December, Christmas Eve.
Opening times will vary throughout the period and booking a visit in advance is advised to avoid disappointment; simply click here. Bookings cannot be made on the internet on the same day as your planned visit – please go to the Grotto on arrival at the Shopping Centre.
If your chosen day is fully booked, limited walk up bookings are available at the Grotto subject to availability.
