R and R services have been excellent. They have been fully professional and helpful from the initial discussion to finishing the job. The work they did for me was not in their immediate locality but everything happened on time and to the high standard I had been expecting... and the kitchen looks stunning!

I was very impressed at the service given by Ami Leigh when I checked in. The young lady obviously noticed that I was wearing an external hearing aid in each ear. She correctly anticipated that in spite of wearing these aids, that I may still have difficulty with clearly hearing some voice tones. So each time she spoke to me, she looked directly at me, square on, rather than talk and looked at a keyboard for instance, and spoke very clearly. I assume that she may have thought I may be lip reading. As it happened, I cannot lip read but because of her actions I was able to hear her very clearly and the whole check in experience was very pleasant. Can you please pass on this message to her and the manager because I think she deserves a big pat on the back.
