Just a reminder that Basepoint have a FREE 'HEALTH MOT' event tomorrow, February 15th, between 9.30am and 3.30pm.
The event has been put together by Count Me In! in partnership with VISION Culture CIC and will offer people the chance to chat about any concerns relating to health, social care or disability issues.
A team of health professionals from Gloucestershire NHS will provide advice and resources on alcohol/drug awareness, smoking cessation, eating well, physical activity and mental health. There will also be an opportunity for employees to have their blood pressure checked in confidence.
Supporting the event will be the Gloucestershire NHS Health Trainers (gloshealthtrainers.nhs.uk) who currently work with individuals and families in the community to make positive changes towards healthier lifestyles.
