If you like to run, then join us on Wednesday evenings for a variable pace run lasting about an hour.\r\rOur age range is from 17 to 75 years. Our running is slow to fast and our experiences are most!\r\rWe enter most of the local events - on the road, cross-country and multi-terrain plus events far & wide. For most of us it’s the taking part in races and enjoying the experiences that matter the most although, there are winners within the club.\r\rFor something a little different then there's a strong Triathlon & ultra-distance interest too.\r\rWe meet at the Rugby club at 6.45pm and start to run at 7pm. It’s fun, it’s friendly and fulfilling so, please come along.
