Deep tissue is a therapeutic massage technique, which concentrates on the deeper layers of the muscles and cognitive tissue. It is especially helpful for chronic muscle tension, contracted and problems area. It is mainly used on stiff neck and lower back, tense shoulders, the arms and legs.
Some of the moves used in Deep Tissue can be similar to the ones used in traditional massage but they are slower and a lot deeper.
