I wanted wood flooring in my living room and up some stairs and had no idea where to start. The guys in Town Country explained everything to me, patiently answered all my questions, made recommendations as to what wood would work given the stairs. Brilliant. Just what I needed. In terms of the job itself, it was done on time, the work men were friendly and as tidy as they could be and the end result was fabulous. It looked exactly as I had envisaged. I recently bought a property in Stow on the Wold - it needed a full renovation and extension to meet our family requirements - and asked PD Clarke to quote as I had used them before - once again his quote was timely, detailed and fair. Paul took ownership of the project, organising and liaising with the District Council, architects and specialist contractors in order to make the build smooth and without fault. I was impressed with his team and the speed and care they took throughout the build. Paul also went out of his way to liaise with the kitchen company and other suppliers in order that all was completed on time - and on budget. All work carried out was to a high standard and I would, and have, recommended Paul and his business to anyone looking for a good builder.

We are very pleased with the service, it was the first time ever that we have out-sourced any work and it was well worth doing. Before Majesco came to BookCheck we were posting data on large and complicated spreadsheets. Looking back I can't believe how long it took to prepare the accounts each month. Initially Janet from BookCheck streamlined all the data and transferred it onto a Sage system - a complex process and a job well done. We enjoy working with Lynda from BookCheck and thank her for responding to emails so quickly which helps no end.

We are very pleased with the way our BookCheck book-keeper has fitted in. She is very thorough and methodical, very pleasant and easy to get on with, she is prompt at responding to our queries. I noted how quickly she completed the VAT Return this quarter. We have been with BookCheck for around 3 years and they have fulfilled all our expectations of the level of service. Initially we prepared our own accounts but we realised that it had become more complicated. BookCheck won our account because of their Sage skills and their ability to remove our book-keeping hassle. We only spend a short time collating the information to be sent to BookCheck by post. Hassle free certainly outweighs the cost. Our external accountants like the work that is presented to them each year - it makes their job a lot easier.

I rated BookCheck's payroll service 10 out 10 last year and yes I would give the same rating now; Roger's knowledge of payroll is excellent. This is one of the reasons why CC Ground uses BookCheck; BookCheck takes care of all the areas where they don't want to be involved. We use a professional company to do professional job.
